When I was a child, the thought of
flying robots carrying cameras around with them would have filled me
with equal amounts of horror and disbelief. But to be honest, today I'm
actually glad that these little copters exist, because every day I see
more stunning photos and videos from them, and I know that they can give
us a view of the world never seen before, from angles impossible from
an aircraft.
Recently, the world's first ever
drone photography competition was held, these are some of the best of
the best of them, and you'll find the winners of the competition at the
bottom.
