The Botanical Longwood Gardens
The state of Pennsylvania is home to
one of the most beautiful, if little known, places in the North-East USA
- the Longwood Gardens. Spread over 4.2 square km, 1077 acres, about 45
minutes west of Philadelphia, there are gardens, green houses, forests
and a meadow. The gardens are open to visitors all year round, and they
can enjoy some exotic plants and horticulture, events, performances,
lectures, courses and workshops.
So if you love nature, this is the place for you!
