Teaching Children to Aspire for More
Carol S. Dweck is a professor of
psychology at the University of Stanford and a leading expert in her
field. She recently published a study about how people are divided into
two kinds of mindsets – “Fixed” and “Growth”. These mindsets affect how
people react to challenges and how they live their lives. The most
amazing thing that Prof' Dweck discovered is that these mindsets are
often set at an early age but can be changed with the right guidance.
