It's hard to calculate calories. Most people just try to take small helpings of what they consider 'fatty' food and larger helpings of 'healthy' food. But how much do we actually need?Well, a child will usually need somewhere between 1000-1800 daily calories.
A female (young to adult) will usually need between 1200-2200 daily calories.
A male (young or adult) will usually need between 1400-2800 daily calories.
