The Healing Fingers
We all use touch for therapy – when
we think, we put our chin on our fist, and when we’re uncomfortable, we
rub our hands together as if we’re cold. Even babies suck on their
thumbs when they go to sleep. We don’t do all of these things for
nothing, as each part of our body is connected to a whole system. If we
know where to apply pressure in the system, we can overcome various
physical and mental symptoms.
