In the last couple of years,
gluten-free diets have become a huge fad, mainly as a way to lose weight
and promote healthier eating. This is a result of many people not
understanding what gluten is and following “health gurus” without doing
their own research. If you do not have a gluten sensitivity or Celiac
disease, there’s no reason for you to avoid gluten.
