yellow/orange spice of Turmeric has been in use for over 2,000 years,
and is considered one of the most effective medicinal herbs through its
active ingredient - curcumin. Studies
have found that a daily intake of turmeric can greatly benefit our
breathing, digestion, blood flow, heart and even our brains. The
curcumin has strong anti-inflammation and anti-carcinogenic properties.
