After a long season enjoying all of your favourite foods, you may find you’ve developed a little extra weight. One of the more awkward places we put on weight can be seen in the embarrassing overhang that sticks out from the top of our pants/trousers. This is often cheekily referred to as your ‘muffin top’, or your 'love handles'.
